About Nicolosi & Fitch


Nicolosi & Fitch, Inc.  (NFI) was founded in 2005 by Nancy J. Nicolosi and Kimberly K. Fitch.  They had formerly been President and Vice President of SPM, Inc.  Ms. Fitch is currently the sole owner of NFI as of February 2015.  NFI manages a portfolio in Arizona of approximately 3,000 multifamily units in Tucson, Oro Valley, Casa Grande and Sierra Vista, Arizona.

 

The real estate experience of Ms. Fitch includes all aspects of multifamily property management.  She has had oversight of more than 27,000 apartments over the past 30 years, with a proven track record of managing conventional and student properties as well as HUD insured and Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) and HOME funded communities.

 

Although NFI’s current management is focused primarily in southern Arizona, NFI (and SPM) have also managed properties in Phoenix, Las Vegas and Albuquerque, New Mexico.

NFI is an anti-racism organization. NFI defines being an anti-racism organization as creating an environment where all employees regardless of race or color of their skin know they are valued. We acknowledge that regardless of one’s own race or ethnicity, individuals are at various points along an anti-racist journey and that racism can be unconscious or unintentional and identifying racism as an issue does not automatically mean those involved in the act are racist or intended the negative impact. As an anti-racism organization, we will purposefully identify, discuss and challenge issues of race and color and the impact(s) they have on the organization, its systems and its people – both internal (staff/teams) and external (residents and vendors). We will also challenge ourselves to understand and correct any inequities we may discover within NFI and gain a better understanding of ourselves during this purposeful process.
