Kim was raised in Ohio and moved to Tucson in 1981 after graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in English education. She has worked in both commercial and residential property management in Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada and the Washington, DC metropolitan area (including Northern Virginia and Maryland). She is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and the designated broker for Nicolosi & Fitch. Kim has been very active in the apartment industry having served as the 2014 Chairman of the Board for the Arizona Multihousing Association (AMA) and chaired numerous committees for the AMA including Phoenix and Tucson Trade Shows, Tributes, Tucson Government Affairs and Membership Committee. She was the President of IREM Chapter 73 in 1997 and 2003. Kim graduated from the National Apartment Association’s (NAA) Lyceum Leadership Program and started the Arizona Lyceum Leadership program.
Jodi Jackson held the position of Finance Director at Nicolosi & Fitch, Inc from 2010 through 2020 until she was promoted to Chief Financial Officer. She has worked in the residential property management industry since 2007 and has 25 plus years’ experience in accounting. Originally from upstate New York, Jodi has resided in Tucson since 1994. She has an Accounting Degree in addition to a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice.
Lori Chase joined the NFI family in 2010 as an onsite manager. She comes with proven leadership skills in the multihousing industry with over 22 years’ experience. After a brief time in Dallas working with RealPage, Lori returned to Nicolosi & Fitch in 2012 and was promoted to Regional Director in February of 2015. Lori’s experience includes: Property Manager, Corporate Trainer, Regional Director, Software Migration and Support, Software Consulting, Budget Preparation, and Fair Housing. Lori achieved her Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in 2003 and Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation through the National Apartment Association (NAA) in 2014.
